TheGifts4Him Pty Ltd (“TheGifts4Him”, “we”, “our”) operates thegifts4him.com.au and retails luxury men’s gifts to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our registered office is in Australia. ABN 12 345 678 901.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
For New Zealand customers, prices displayed are AUD. Your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide complimentary tracked delivery on every order across Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days from dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or events outside our control.
Delivery is to the address you nominate at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provide. If a parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Gift cards, personalised or engraved items, perishable products (including whisky and cigars once opened), and items marked as final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to update product information at any time.
Age-restricted products such as whisky and cigars may only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over. By purchasing these items you confirm you meet this requirement.
Gift Cards
TheGifts4Him gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are denominated in AUD.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of TheGifts4Him Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheGifts4Him’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms do not limit any rights you hold under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
