Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and popular BNPL services: Afterpay and Zip. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment details. Your card information is never stored on our servers — all processing is handled by trusted payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email our Concierge within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order is dispatched (we process quickly), we may not be able to intercept it. Contact concierge@thegifts4him.com.au with your order number.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, along with your order number and tracking link once your gift is dispatched.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Australia and New Zealand. International delivery is coming in 2026 — contact us if you’d like to be notified when it launches.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days from order placement, depending on your location within AU & NZ. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real-time. Tracking updates are sent to the email address associated with your order.

Is delivery complimentary?

Yes. Complimentary delivery is included on every order to AU & NZ addresses — no minimum purchase required. This is our gift to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Due to the curated, luxury nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. All items are carefully selected and authenticated before dispatch.

How do I return or exchange an item?

For damaged or faulty items: Email concierge@thegifts4him.com.au with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

For other enquiries: Contact our Concierge team — we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Can I return a gift I received?

If you received a gift that isn’t right for you, contact us at concierge@thegifts4him.com.au. While our standard returns policy covers damage and faults, we’re happy to discuss options for your situation — exchanges may be possible depending on availability.

How do you source your products?

Every product is hand-curated from trusted artisans, heritage brands, and luxury makers across the globe. We partner with makers who share our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and timelessness. Every item is chosen with the same care we’d apply to our own gift.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Every item is authenticated before listing. We work exclusively with authorised distributors and verified suppliers. If you have any concerns about authenticity, our Concierge team is always ready to verify details or provide documentation.

Do products come with warranties?

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties (e.g. watches, premium pens). Warranty details are listed on each product page. If a product is eligible for warranty, we’ll include relevant documentation in your order.

How does the Gift Finder work?

Our Gift Finder is an interactive quiz that asks about who you’re buying for, when you need it, and how much you want to spend. Based on your answers, we curate a selection of products tailored to that recipient and occasion. It’s like having a luxury concierge in your pocket.

What is a TheGifts4Him Gift Card?

A TheGifts4Him Gift Card is a digital card redeemable for any product on our site. You choose the value, we send it instantly via email, and the recipient can shop whenever they’re ready. Perfect for the man who’s hard to shop for — let him choose his own treasure.

Can a Gift Card be combined with other offers?

Yes. Gift Cards can be used alongside promotional codes. If the gift card value exceeds the order total, the balance remains available for future purchases.
